- Ong Song Howe has been involved in management consultancy and training for more than 25 years. Ong also was the director/ principle consultant of Gunter Management & Consultancy. Having worked with multi-national organizations and Local SME on a regional basis, Ong has been particularly active in consulting in the automobile parts & components, plastic, paper, metal, MLM and franchising industries.
- For last few years, Ong concentrated in helping the Malaysia SME to transform into proper structured & strategize organization. As a result, in the year of 2005, two companies under his consultation finally listed on BURSA Malaysia.
- Ong has been conducted his training and consultancy services over China, Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Kenya, Cambodia, Myanmar during his service in the consultancy and training industry.
- Oct 2008- Dec 2010, Ong was working under the Japan International Corporation Agency funding project to help Kenya Export Promotion Council to standardize their Trade Training Program to Kenya SME and also to evaluate the Kenyan local consultant/trainers.
- Since 1991 : In business consultancy and training
- 2 years as personal assistant to Management Director of a Taiwan company to develop and implement the MIS or now so call ERP system. At the same time, in charge of the company international market development and QA department.
