NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Thirty-Second (32nd) Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Expertise Resource Association will be held fully virtual via Zoom meeting platform on Saturday, 17th June 2023, 2.30pm for the following purposes;
Agenda:
- President’s Address
- To confirm the 31st AGM Meeting Minutes held on 11th June 2022. https://go.era.org.my/agmreport23 (2022 AGM minutes)
- To receive the Committee’s Annual Report on the working of the association during the previous year.
- To receive and pass the audited Financial Statement of Account and Balance Sheet for the previous year (from 1st Jan 2022 to 31st Dec 2022)
- Any other matters – a) To acquire an office/premise for ERA own use.
- Meeting Adjourns
Notice for this upcoming AGM has been sent out to all existing members via email address and WhatsApp group. In line with cost saving efforts and to protect environment, association will not send out hard copies of Annual Report and audited financial account update via physical mail. Members can obtain a copy of the document by accessing the following URL (https://era.org.my/) in our ERA web site.
Members who wish to discuss any other matters under the above Agenda 5 in this AGM, are required to submit their proposal on or before 3rd June 2022, which is fourteen (14) days before the annual general meeting date. Kindly submit send in your proposal to ERA email address ([email protected]). The proposer must attend and also to present the proposal during the annual meeting.
